Although you can take a 1 hour session for your first coaching lesson with me, I suggest taking 2 hours so that we’ll have time for a live game as well (or extra VOD review if it’s seems more valuable)

In this 2 hour session we will start with a VOD review together, where I will screen share on Discord and we’ll watch some of your replays. Once we identify the key points that will help you improve the most we’ll jump into a live game, where you’ll play and share your screen to me and I will coach you through it. After the game we’ll quickly review the game you just played.
The benefit of doing a session with this structure is that you will see that what I’ve just taught you works and gain the confidence that you can do it every game since you already have!

Team coaching
In this team coaching session we’ll first start by talking a little to better understand your teams playstyle, champion pool, common problems. I’ll then put together some team compositions and explain the fundamentals about why and when pro teams pick certain characters, and what your game plan should be with each. Then we’ll do a VOD review, where I will share my screen on Discord and watch back your teams games. We will talk mostly about team macro, communication and what everyone’s role in the team is. For the most part individual micro will be ignored if it isn’t something the entire team can learn from.
