What is the tournament format?
4 Teams (T1, Gen.G, AG.AL and Bilibili Gaming) are already qualified for the Quarterfinals. The remaining 8 teams are divided into 2 Groups. 2 Teams from each group qualify for the quarterfinals (incl. Losers Bracket). From the Quarterfinals on, it is single elimination until the final. There will also be a game to determine the third place between the losers of each semi-final.

When is the League of Legends EWC Tournament?
The group stage will start on 16th July at 11 AM CEST and all the group stage games will happen in one day (all BO1). The quarterfinals will move to a BO3 and will start 17th July at 1 PM CEST. Semi-finals start on 19th July 11 AM CEST.
The Final of the League of Legends eSports World Cup will be on 20th July at 1 PM CEST.
