Josef, also known as Blackgator, is a full-time professional League of Legends coach with experience in the European Regional Leagues since 2019. He has coached players across all skill levels—from Iron to Top 10 Challenger—and played a key role in the development of individuals who progressed to Top ERL teams, with two even reaching the LEC and LCS.

Known for his inclusive approach, Josef is highly experienced in coaching players of marginalized genders, creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment. His coaching methodology is systemic and deeply focused on long-term improvement.
