Balcik is a Head Coach in ERL1, currently working with APM. As a rookie coach, he is focused on improving his skills and building his portfolio while gaining experience at the highest levels of regional competition. Alongside his coaching career, he also works in IT and enjoys football and fitness in his free time.

His coaching approach includes both one-on-one and team sessions, offering structured plans to help individuals and teams develop strategies, improve performance, and grow efficiently. Whether focusing on solo queue improvement or team coordination, he tailors his coaching to meet the specific needs of each player or team, ensuring optimal development.
